Aura di Mare is a recently renovated, ground-floor detached house located about 1.5 km from Monopoli's main square and 2 km from its historic center. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 12. The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time.
Check-in will be self; it is essential to carefully read the entry procedure and follow all instructions to gain access to the property. Once those procedures are done, you will send a video selfie confirming your presence at the property. Then we will provide the code to access the property. If any steps are missing in the procedure an in-person check-in will be required with a penalty of €50 will be applied.

To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement.
