Dellerba23 is a first floor apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, behind the ancient defense walls of the port. Few steps away from the accommodation we find the central square of Monopoli, bars, restaurants and, about 500m (7 min walk) the famous city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia. Dellerba23 can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with Wi-Fi and A/C.

The apartment opens onto the living area where we find a bright window overlooking the historic center, a table with chairs and two sofa beds. Continuing beyond this area we find a small room where there is a kitchenette equipped with sink, fridge and induction hob with a single burner. On the left is the bathroom with shower. Continuing there is a double bedroom and a closet where the washing machine is located. The accommodation benefits from a very central location, perfect for walking peacefully through the characteristic alleys and smelling the scent of the sea.

On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 12.
