Dimore Sallustio is a house consisting of 2 independent and communicating apartments (one called Casa Grande and the other called Piccola Casa), located in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, about 50m from the beautiful city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia. Casa Grande is a multi-level accommodation, and consists of a bedroom with a mezzanine French double bed and a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. On the second floor there is a kitchen and a double bedroom, while on the third floor there is a private terrace with gazebo and kitchenette. Piccola Casa is the accommodation on the ground floor and consists of a small entrance with kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.
Among the strengths of the accommodation we have an equipped terrace for the exclusive use of guests, the fact of being in a very central position, having a wonderful city beach within walking distance. Dimore Sallustio can accommodate up to 8 people and is equipped with Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning.
Casa Grande is a traditional building on multiple levels, located in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli. The house is NOT recommended for people with mobility problems as there are steep stairs. The accommodation includes a bedroom with a mezzanine French double bed and a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. Upstairs there is a kitchen equipped with a sink, 4-burner induction plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a small table with stools, and a double bedroom. A spiral staircase leads to the third floor where there is a terrace for the exclusive use of guests equipped with a gazebo, kitchenette with sink and induction plates and table with chairs.
Piccola Casa is a traditional ground floor house and consists of an entrance hall with a kitchen equipped with a sink, 2-burner induction plates, microwave oven, fridge and a small table. There is also a door, normally closed, which allows the Piccola Casa to communicate with the other accommodation of Dimore Sallustio. There is also a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with air conditioning.
Dimore Sallustio is far 64 km from the Bari Airport, 69 km from the Brindisi Airport. The city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia is far about 50m (150 feet) from the accomodation. The apartment is far 9 km from Polignano a Mare, 18 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 21 km from Alberobello, 37 km from Ostuni, 25 km from Locorotondo, 29 km from Cisternino, 31 km from Martina Franca, 81 km from Matera and 108 Km from Lecce. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 12.
