Nana 45

Nana 45 is a recently renovated second floor apartment located 500mt from the historic center of Monopoli and 250mt from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. The apartment has two bedrooms, air conditioning and WiFi, it can comfortably accommodate 3 people and the convenient central location is perfect to reach in few steps the characteristic alleys of the historic center.
The apartment is accessed via stairs, there is no elevator. Right in front of the entrance door we find the bathroom, organized with an anteroom used as a laundry room, equipped with washing machine and sink, and then access the area where the toilets and the comfortable shower are located. Walking along the corridor we find the bright master bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, mirror and balcony. Next to the master bedroom we find the second bedroom, equippedi with a single bed. On the right there is the living area whit sofa, table and chairs and a second balcony. From the living room there’s the access to the kitchen equipped with fridge, sink, oven, microwave, dishwasher and gas stove.
Nana 45 is far 62 km from Bari Airport, 70 km from Brindisi Airport. The city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia is 1km far (about 15 min by walk) from the accomodation. The apartment is far 10 km from Polignano a Mare, 18 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 21 km from Alberobello, 38 km from Ostuni, 25 km from Locorotondo, 32 km from Cisternino, 31 km from Martina Franca, 87 km from Matera and 108 km from Lecce. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 12.
