Sunflower House

Sunflower House is a ground floor apartment with a small private outdoor area. The house is outside tha chaos of the downtown of Monopoli. You can find easy parking, supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby. At about 850 m there are the equipped beach of Lido Pantano, at one kilometer the free beach of Cala Susca and at 1.5 km the central square of Monopoli called "Il Borgo" and the adjacent oldtown. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi.

On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 12.
