Arimondi 10 is a groundfloor studio apartment located in the center of Polignano a Mare, few steps away from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 400m from the famous Lama Monachile beach and 500m from the historic center of Polignano a Mare. The accommodation is equipped with A/C and WiFi and it can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people.

Arimondi 10 opens onto the living area with kitchen, equipped with induction hob, fridge, sink, oven and table with chairs. On the left we find the bathroom with shower while the sleeping area is divided into two communicating alcoves. In the first one we find a double bed and in the other a single bed.
Just outside the door of the apartment you can admire the wonderful sea of Polignano and enjoy a walk towards the characteristic streets of the historic center.

Bari Airport is 51 km away and Brindisi Airport is 80 km away. The house is about 11 km from Monopoli, 18 km from the Castellana Grotte Caves, 31 km from Alberobello, 36 km from Locorotondo, 43 km from Cisternino, 42 km from Martina Franca, 50 km from Ostuni, 98 km from Matera and 120 km from Lecce. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
