Casavè

Casavè is a multi-level home with a private terrace in the heart of Polignano a Mare's historic center. The property is approximately 600 meters from the famous Lama Monachile beach and just steps from the historic center's main street, Via Roma, overlooking the sea.
Casavè can accommodate up to 4 people and it is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. Its private terrace is ideal for enjoying peaceful and relaxing summer evenings.

The entrance to Casavè opens into the living room/kitchen area, which features an induction stovetop, mini oven, kettle, sink, refrigerator, and washing machine. There's also a double sofa bed and a table with chairs.
A characteristic stone staircase leads to the main sleeping area. Due to its multi-level layout and narrow stairs, Casavè is not recommended for guests with mobility issues.
On the first floor, there's a double bedroom, where a single sofa bed can also be set up. On the same floor, there's a very small bathroom with shower and a small balcony with an outdoor table and chairs.
Going up to the second floor you reach the private terrace equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for dinners and aperitifs during pleasant summer evenings, and two sun loungers.

Casavè is 600 meters from the famous Lama Monachile beach. Bari Airport is 53 km away and Brindisi Airport is 78 km away. The house is about 9 km from Monopoli, 18 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 30 km from Alberobello, 35 km from Locorotondo, 40 km from Cisternino, 43 km from Martina Franca, 50 km from Ostuni, 98 km from Matera and 120 km from Lecce. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days. The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time.

Check-in will be self; it is essential to carefully read the entry procedure and follow all instructions to gain access to the property. Once those procedures are done, you will send a video selfie confirming your presence at the property. Then we will provide the code to access the property. If any steps are missing in the procedure an in-person check-in will be required with a penalty of €50 will be applied.
Guests are required to comply with the local waste sorting schedule, which will be provided and explained after the arrival. Failure to follow the disposal rules will result in a €50 penalty.

This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate.
To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement.
