Da Nonno Dionisio is a renovated house on three levels with a private terrace located in the heart of Polignano a Mare. It is 450m far from the historic center overlooking the sea, 850m from the monument to Domenico Modugno and 1km from the city beach of Lama Monachile. The property can accommodate up to 4 people, it is equipped with A/C and WiFi and thanks to the beautiful private terrace it is perfect to enjoy summer evenings in complete tranquility.

The entrance staircase leads to the living area with a sofa bed, here there is also the equipped kitchen with sink, fridge, table with chairs and even a small toilet. The window of this area opens onto a small balcony equipped with a small outdoor table with chairs.
Upstairs we find the sleeping area which includes a double bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with shower.
Going up on the third floor there is a second living area equipped with table with chairs, washing machine and a toilet. The large and bright window opens onto the private terrace, perfect to enjoy the beautiful sunny days or the summer evening breeze, in total privacy and comfort.
As it is an accommodation developed on several floors, it is not recommended for elderly people or those with mobility problems.

Da Nonno Dionisio is about 850m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 1 km from the famous beach of Lama Monachile. Bari Airport is 53 km away and Brindisi Airport is 78 km away. The house is about 9 km from Monopoli, 18 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 30 km from Alberobello, 35 km from Locorotondo, 40 km from Cisternino, 43 km from Martina Franca, 50 km from Ostuni, 98 km from Matera and 120 km from Lecce. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
