Da Rosetta is a recently renovated ground-floor apartment in the center of Polignano a Mare. The property is approximately 500 meters from the historic center overlooking the sea and 600 meters from the famous Lama Monachile beach. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Da Rosetta consists of a living room/kitchen equipped with an induction stovetop, oven, refrigerator, sink, table with chairs, and a washing machine. The living area leads to two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a pull-out bed. There is also a bathroom with shower.

On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
