Dimora Felì is a detached two-story house with a private outdoor area, located not far from the center of Polignano a Mare, a quiet location where the parking situation is easier than the centre. The accommodation is approximately 1.5 km from the historic center overlooking the sea, 1.6 km from the famous Lama Monachile beach and 1 km from Cala Port’Alga. Dimora Felì is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi and it can comfortably accommodate 4 people, making this solution ideal for those arriving in Polignano by car and seeking moments of tranquility and relaxation during their holiday.

The entrance to Dimora Felì opens onto a large private outdoor area, complete with table, chairs, and outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining on pleasant summer days.
Inside, there is a large living area with a sofa and a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, sink, microwave, and gas stove. There is also a comfortable bathroom with shower and a smaller outdoor area off the kitchen, complete with a little table and chairs, ideal for a peaceful breakfast.
The sleeping area is located in the basement, accessed via a spiral staircase.
Here, we find two double bedrooms, both with access to an additional private outdoor area where the laundry room is located with a washing machine. On this floor we find also the second bathroom with shower.

Dimora Felì is about 1,5 km from the downtown of Polignano a Mare and about 1,6 km from the famous city beach of Lama Monachile. Bari Airport is 53 km away and Brindisi Airport is 76 km away. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
