Le Tre Luci – Dimora di Charme is a guesthouse located just steps from the main square of Polignano a Mare. The accommodation is 600 meters from the famous statue of Domenico Modugno and 450 meters from the town's Lama Monachile beach.
Le Tre Luci – Dimora di Charme offers two accommodations: a ground-floor Dependance and a Suite, accessed from the adjacent door and located on the upper floors. Suite can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people and it is equipped with A/C and WiFi. It also features a small private outdoor area, perfect to enjoy summer evenings with aperitifs.
Le Tre Luci – Dimora di Charme - Suite is a two-level apartment, with a small private outdoor area on the upper floor. To access to the accommodation there is a steep and narrow staircase, so we do not recommend this accommodation for guests with mobility issues.
On the first floor there is the large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and chromotherapy shower. Upstairs we find an equipped kitchen with induction hob, sink, refrigerator, mini-oven, and a small table and chairs. The kitchen leads to a small private outdoor area with outdoor furniture. The accommodation has air conditioning and WiFi.

Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days. The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time.
Check-in will be self; it is essential to carefully read the entry procedure and follow all instructions to gain access to the property. Once those procedures are done, you will send a video selfie confirming your presence at the property. Then we will provide the code to access the property. If any steps are missing in the procedure an in-person check-in will be required with a penalty of €50 will be applied.

This guesthouse is managed by WePuglia Srl with a mandate with deputation.
