Palazzo Trinità – Suite is a recently renovated two-level house with private terrace just steps from the historic center of Polignano a Mare. The accommodation is approximately 300 meters from the central square and 500 meters from the famous Lama Monachile beach. Palazzo Trinità – Suite is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi and can comfortably accommodate 3 people.

Palazzo Trinità – Suite is accessed via a stone staircase, typical of homes in the historic center; therefore, it is not recommended for guests with mobility issues.
At the top of the staircase, there are two different entrances: on the right, the large master bedroom with a double bed, and on the left, a small hallway with a single sofa bed. The hallway leads to a small balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking Piazza Trinità. Both bedrooms have access to the bathroom with shower.
Going upstairs, there is a small kitchen equipped with induction stove, sink, kettle, and refrigerator. The kitchen opens onto the terrace, which features outdoor table, chairs, and two sun loungers.

Palazzo Trinità – Suite is few steps away from Polignano wonderful old town, around 300m from the central square and 500m from the famous city beach of Lama Monachile. It is far 52 km from Bari Airport and 77 km from Brindisi Airport. The house is about 9 km from Monopoli, 18 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 29 km from Alberobello, 33 km from Locorotondo, 40 km from Cisternino, 41 km from Martina Franca, 48 km from Ostuni, 77 km from Matera and 116 km from Lecce. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days. The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time.
Check-in will be self; it is essential to carefully read the entry procedure and follow all instructions to gain access to the property. Once those procedures are done, you will send a video selfie confirming your presence at the property. Then we will provide the code to access the property. If any steps are missing in the procedure an in-person check-in will be required with a penalty of €50 will be applied.
Guests are required to comply with the local waste sorting schedule, which will be provided and explained after the arrival. Failure to follow the disposal rules will result in a €50 penalty.

To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement.
