On the first floor of Santo Cosma building we find La Suite apartment. A stone staircase leads to the first floor where a door opens onto the living room with a double sofa bed and a balcony. On the left a door leads to the kitchen equipped with gas burners, oven, microwave oven, sink, fridge, washing machine, table with chairs and a balcony. There is also the double bedroom adorned with a majestic period mirror, a balcony and the bathroom with shower.
A staircase between the living area and the double bedroom leads to the second floor where we find the private terrace, perfect to enjoy summer evenings in total relaxation. The terrace of La Suite has an outdoor shower, a sink and two pergolas, one where there is a table with chairs and the other where we find a characteristic outdoor lounge.

On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
