Casa Isabella is a finely renovated tuff house, organized on two levels with a private terrace in the heart of Polignano a Mare. The accommodation is located just one side street away from Via Roma, the most important street in the historic center of Polignano a Mare, 650m from the famous city beach of Lama Monachile and 500m from the monument to Domenico Modugno.
Casa Isabella can accommodate up to 3 people, is equipped with A/C and WiFi and thanks to the beautiful private terrace with solarium area, you can dine outdoors and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.

The accommodation is therefore not recommended for elderly people or with mobility problems, neither for children as there are no protections on the terrace.
On the first floor of Casa Isabella there is the large and bright double bedroom, an elegant bathroom with shower and a single bed placed in an alcove. On this same floor we find a small balcony overlooking the alley of the historic center where the accommodation is located.
Going up to the second floor we find the kitchen equipped with an induction hob, sink, fridge, microwave and table with chairs. The kitchen gives access to the large outdoor veranda equipped with outdoor table and chairs, perfect for lunches and dinners outside in the warm weather. A small external staircase leads to the mezzanine floor of the terrace where we find sun loungers and a characteristic bar table with stools.

Casa Isabella is about 500m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 650m from the famous beach of Lama Monachile. Bari Airport is 53 km away and Brindisi Airport is 78 km away. The house is about 9 km from Monopoli, 18 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 30 km from Alberobello, 35 km from Locorotondo, 40 km from Cisternino, 43 km from Martina Franca, 50 km from Ostuni, 98 km from Matera and 120 km from Lecce. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.

To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement.
